I love cooking and eating Thai and Indian food, the colors of fall and spring, sunsets, picnics, new adventures, challenges, languages, and especially art. Lately my focus has been painting - abstract landscapes in particular. Fred Holcombe is an artist I admire and am attempting to learn from. I also love the drama and electricity of ballet and live theater and still remember seeing my first play - Godspell - when I was 12 with my parents and grandparents at The Royal Poinciana Playhouse in Palm Beach, Florida. In the last couple of years, I've come to appreciate opera after seeing Faust. "The Gold Dress" by Bill Brauer is one of my favorite paintings and I have it hanging in my living room.
I love the freedom, romance and passion...he's guiding her with the secure tenderness of his hand and she's able to dance
freely and at the same time in unison with him. At times it represents the relationship with God I have, and at times it represents
the freedom I desire to have in my relationship with Him... My life was changed by God as a college student at the University of Alabama and since then I've committed my life
to serving Him and helping to change the lives of college students around the world through the organization of Campus Crusade
for Christ. I've lived in West Virginia, Poland, British Columbia and now in Portland for the last 6 years.
